Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 5 to 9 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holiday periods.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all US orders. There are no handling fees or surcharges at checkout.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@dorsara.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped we can't change the delivery address.

Delayed or lost orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email support@dorsara.com and we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo to support@dorsara.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost.
